1.Evaluate percentage success in Work Over wells meeting FDs’ objectives
2.Analyze Team Wise Performance of Dev. Drlg – I / Dev. Drlg – II / Deep Drlg with respect to agreed KPI and degree of difficulty
3.Benchmark Operational Performance and Cost performance in different category of wells: Within the organization and with Global Peers
4.Suggest suitable measures / New Technology to reach to benchmark performance
5.Area wise / Section wise / Size wise Bit Benchmarking
6.Performance evaluation and Benchmarking of Drilling and Work Over Rigs with respect to Rig related NPT, Tripping Speed, BOP and WH N/U Time, Casing Running speed etc.
7.Performance analysis of Directional Drilling Companies with respect to Quality and Availability of tools and manpower, success ratio, Tool failure percentage etc.
8.Introduction of New and Proven technology and Evaluate Field trials thereof.
9.Provide road map for the drilling teams in identifying goals/objectives and develop action plan to implement same in order to achieve those goals and objectives of organization.
10.Will be a key person in gathering and managing lessons learned from different operation teams. Review drilling performance and propose solution to problems faced.
11. Analyse the NPT and give solutions for improvement
12.Evaluate rig operations against targets and performance database management and optimize accordingly.
13.Generate rig performance improvement plan
14.Optimize drilling tools requirement like directional drilling and logging tools.
15.Optimize bit selection.
16.Evaluation of new technology and its application if suitable for fields.
17.Updating performance spreadsheets and produce charts/graphs to highlight trends.
B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
