1.Provide advice on strategic integration of HR processes, programs and practices into the HR information systems.
2.Provide business solutions to all HR systems related activities in order to ensure availability and utilization of best-in-class information systems solutions.
3.Perform internal reviews and audit of current systems and processes to ensure alignment with the policies and business requirements.
4.Conduct investigations and research into reclassification and classification.
5.Coordinate between HR departments and IT department to ensure the service requested is delivered, tested and effectively functioning.
6.Ensure all users are aware and well educated of all available HR systems solutions by providing training, user-guides and technical support.
7.Provide consultation and guidance in the interpretation of human resource management policies, procedures, programs and application in the HR systems and solutions.
8.Lead the administration and development of HR systems projects & solutions in order to meet the business requirements and HR objectives.
9.Provide advice on discipline process, conduct disciplinary review conferences and advise on appropriate outcomes.
10.Participate in the on-going improvements to data integrity and the production of standard HR reporting.
11.Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager
Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
