Candidate Profile
Job Description •Technical accounting knowledge, UKGAAP and IFRS. •Exposure to Fund accounting and accounting and valuation of financial instruments. •Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced) and People Soft. •Strong communication skills, both oral & written •Time Management and Workload Planning Skills •Good interpersonal skills. •Part qualified accountants with 2-3/Graduate with 3-4 years of work experience in Financial Accounting in the Banking /Financial Services industry.
Work Experience 3 Years - 4 Years
Relevant Experience 3 Years +
Highest Qualification Graduate/ part qualified accountant

Job Summary

•Production of monthly financial accounts. •Ensure complete and accurate posting of transactions to the general ledger and the related accounting systems. •Provide clarifications / information to auditors on Financial Information. •Ensure operation of agreed financial controls including all relevant reconciliation in accordance with SOX requirements. •Produce information for tax, and statutory reporting. •Plan and schedule work to meet deliverable time lines •To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise
