Job Description •Experience of working with reconciliation processes and systems •Experience (1-2 years) working in financial accounting within the banking /financial services industry Knowledge •Knowledge of accounting applications like People soft Finance •Knowledge of financial reconciliation and banking operations •Knowledge of basic double entry accounting •Detailed knowledge of MS Office package, specifically Excel and database applications
Work Experience 1 Years - 2 Years
Relevant Experience 1 Years +
Highest Qualification Graduate or Accountant

Job Summary

•Take all reasonable steps to ensure adherence to all external regulatory, legal and industry obligations within the business area •To demonstrate a positive risk and control culture through the active identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and controls within the business area •To ensure that you understand and adhere to Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of all mandatory training requirements •Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets, etc.) and all payments are properly authorized, controlled and monitored in accordance with UK delegated authority requirements. The responsibilities of expenditure authorizers are documented in the UK Financial Procedures Manual.
