Job & responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client engagements
  • Collaborate with customers, IT Department, Quality Assurance Group etc.
  • Take responsibility for end to end deliveries
  • Client communication and regular connect
  • Participate and support in business development activities e.g. proposal creation
  • People Management

 

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle models, practices and processes
  • Strong planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions or manage risk.
  • Organize and lead project status; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans and perform RCA in case of deviations
  • Project management, estimation, monitoring & closure
  • Strong knowledge on Java/Java Script/Full Stake Development – 4+ years of experience
  • Prior exposure of Design, develop and testing web applications
  • Prior experience of development using Java technologies
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and able to think out of box to achieve milestones.
